There's something genuinely good about seeing results — especially when clients share them with me.
Here's one example
A client sent me photos after five sessions. The change was clear.
What she did between appointments:
- Twenty minutes of yoga in the morning.
- Five minutes of the exercises I gave her.
That's it.
Why the homework matters
How quickly things change depends a lot on what you do between sessions — not just during them.
In my experience, consistent home practice can speed up progress two to four times. Not because the exercises are complicated. The opposite — I keep them simple on purpose. Simple things get done. And they work.
About feedback
I ask for it because it helps me understand what's actually working. And it helps you see your own progress more clearly — which is easy to miss when you're inside it.
Before and after photos are especially useful. You notice things in photos that you can't feel in the moment.
So if something has changed — tell me. I genuinely want to know.
