Each session starts with analysis: a conversation, visual assessment, manual muscle testing. Only then — the work.

The toolkit: Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger points, lymphatic drainage, somatics. Tailored to your needs.

I believe in an evidence-based approach, but respect what works in practice. No esoterics. Always respecting your boundaries.

not symptom

Without understanding 'what, when and why' you're only treating symptoms. I use anatomy, muscle testing and Anatomy Trains to build the full picture.

Evidence-based,
not dogmatic

I follow an evidence-based approach. But the body remains a mystery in many ways — there's room for methods that work well in practice, even when the mechanism isn't fully understood.

I don't engage with trauma or esoterics. My goal is to create a safe space and help the body activate its own internal processes.
