Where are sessions held?
In Tbilisi, Mtatsminda district, near Liberty Square metro. I'll send the exact address and directions after you book.
What should I bring?
Just a hair tie. The session is done in your underwear; towels are provided. I don't use disposable sheets — you'll have your own cotton sheet.
How long is a session?
It depends on the format: Intro Session — 25 minutes, Kinesio · Focus — 50, Bodywork and Kinesio · Full — 80. All services & prices.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer, after the session. The Intro Session is prepaid.
Is the Intro Session credited?
Yes: its fee goes toward Bodywork or Kinesio · Full if you book within 14 days.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — message me on Telegram (@vanmaugli) or the bot. More than 24 hours before the session — free; 24 to 12 hours — 50% of the price; later — 100%.
Any contraindications?
Yes: fever, acute inflammation, infections in the acute phase and a few other conditions. The full list is on the services page. If you're unsure, message me before booking.
How soon after giving birth?
From 1–2 weeks after birth; after a C-section — once the incision has healed. A doctor's approval is required. The session is without the baby.
